How to Report a Missing FTA Visa® Credit or Debit Card

You can temporarily block a card or report a card lost, stolen or damaged. Our Card Management page located under the Tools tab in online banking allows members to be in full control of their cards! If you think you may have temporarily misplaced the card and want an opportunity to look for it, you can temporarily block the card. Simply hover over the card you wish to work with and select “Manage card”. From here you can place a temporary block on your card by selecting “Block this card”. You can unblock the card at any time by selecting the same option. If you believe that the card is no longer in your possession, you can mark the card lost or stolen by selecting the Card Replacement option within Card Management.  Alternatively you can:

There are many convenient and safe options for you to make a payment on your FTA loan. View your available payments options here.
If you are in need of a new credit card you may visit any of our conveniently located branches where they can print a card for you while you wait. If you are unable to make it into a branch, you can:
  1. Call us at 217-820-1793 and we will order a new credit card to be mailed to your address. 
  2. Login to FTA Anywhere Online and Mobile banking: Tools menu >  Card Management to replace a FTA card.
If you have an FTA rewards card, you can view your points and access rewards through FTA Rewards HQ, conveniently located within FTA online banking. When logged into online banking, FTA Rewards HQ can be found within the Tools tab. Once on the FTA Rewards HQ page you will be able to redeem points, view current promotions, learn how to earn more points and view your points activity.
Rewards offerings vary depending on the card type.

For Wave Rewards and Platinum Rewards,  FTA Rewards HQ offers a wide variety of rewards from cash back, gift cards, merchandise, travel, and events such as sporting events, concerts and more! A few notable rewards options include Best Buy® in store pick-up on select merchandise, access to over 130,000 hotels and resorts, local events such as college football and theater productions, and gift cards from top brand retailers including Target®, Amazon®, Starbucks® and many more!

For Select™ Visa Signature®, you will have access to a simplified redemption of cash back only with the ability to redeem as little as $5.
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged you can notify FTA and close the card by selecting one of the options under Card Management, located under the Tools menu in FTA Anywhere Online and Mobile banking. If you wish to be notified anytime your debit or credit card is used, you can opt-in for account alerts such as debit card purchases and transaction alerts by visiting Account Alerts in the Accounts tab on online banking. Additional alert options will be available soon, including customizable transaction alerts.

In addition to these features FTA offers fraud alert text messages, emails and phone calls for all members.When a transaction is blocked for being potential fraud, a text message will be sent to the cell phone number on file. It is important to update FTA anytime your contact information changes so that we can reach you in the event of possible fraud.

You can use your credit card while traveling internationally and anywhere where VISA is accepted. Some international locations may be blocked to prevent fraud, but can be unblocked if we are notified of your travel plans. In order to notify us of your international travel you can visit a local branch, give us a call at 217-820-1793, or complete a “ Notice of International Travel form”. When completing a travel notice, please make sure to include all countries you will be visiting along with the dates of travel, as well as any countries where you may have a layover and might be making a purchase or accessing cash from your account. You will want to take these same steps even if you are traveling within the U.S.
